Limitless. The value at the center of my vision board,the value I walked into Adobe with, held onto through every challenge and opportunity, and 13 months later… today it is the value I leave with, proudly etched into my impact. Advised 45+ clients across 10+ industries — from banking to fashion and sport — delivering POVs, business cases, and presenting directly to C-suites of global brands little Sima once dreamed of, turning complex tech into customer-centric vision. ??? Orchestrated 15+ innovation workshops — from use case ideation to brand personality and value realisation — aligning clients and internal teams to unlock priorities, and deliver tangible outcomes. ?? Built community at scale — founding Adobe’s Intern Creative Crew (now expanding EMEA-wide), co-leading Women @ Adobe Wellbeing, launching the Culture Community, and driving the Grocery Community — all to connect, uplift, and amplify.
