Say hello to Alisa Welch, Senior Business Analyst at TechSur Solutions, who’s been with the team for three years. Her focus is on driving standardization across the Judiciary through enterprise architecture. “What I love most is being able to support efficiency through consistent processes,” she shares. The opportunity to impact the third branch of government in a meaningful way is what first brought her to TechSur. Since then, she’s tackled major challenges, like securing buy-in from across the Judiciary by building an end-to-end process for developing and approving technical standards. Among her proudest moments is contributing to a major IT Standards portal, including its dashboard and access to approved standards. Her success comes from strong critical thinking and a broad skill set that allows her to handle diverse deliverables. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys gardening, painting, dancing, and spending time with her grandbabies.
